Jayne Carrington - Managing Director, Right Management
Jayne is the Managing Director for Right Management and is responsible for the UK & Ireland Region which includes the specialist services of Workplace Wellness™. Right Management is a global talent and career management consultancy, and part of the Manpower Group of Companies. Prior to taking this enlarged role early in 2009, Jayne spent fourteen years leading and developing the Workplace Wellness™ brand, which today is one of the UK’s top Employee Assistance and Wellbeing providers.
Jayne has worked in senior management roles for over 25 years and draws on her experience to help optimise talent by developing a strategic mindset, coaching, mentoring and managing and embracing diversity.
Kevin Friery - Clinical Director
With a background of over 20 years' Management experience in the public, voluntary and private sectors, Kevin is also an accredited Counsellor and Trainer.
He joined Workplace Wellness in 2001 and is responsible for the way in which clinical services are developed and delivered, and is also closely involved with the strategic development of the EAP, ensuring Workplace Wellness continues to reflect best practice in meeting the changing needs of employers and their staff.
Before joining Workplace Wellness he was a Service Manager in the NHS, and was responsible for managing the change in delivery of Primary Care Counselling from an ad-hoc service to a fully-managed model. He worked closely with the (then) Health Authority and new Primary Care Groups and Trusts, part of a development in integrated Mental Health services which led to the award of Beacon status. He was part of the Local Implementation Team for the National Service Framework for Mental Health. He has also led extensive change programmes in public and voluntary services for people with learning difficulties, working with staff and clients to develop completely new ways of working and managing the change processes, and has experience of working with public sector staff at all levels.
As well as his key strategic management responsibilities, he has specific responsibility within Workplace Wellness as Clinical Consultant for the Employee Assistance Programme to the DWP and the Department of Health, working closely with managers within these organisations to ensure that resources are well applied and well used.
Kevin is a Counsellor and Trainer accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management.
Jennifer Ibbetson - Director of Operations
Jennifer joined Right Management almost 20 years ago, and in 2007 moved into Workplace Wellness. She began her career in the legal world and honed her project management skills as the Practice Manager for a large firm of architects building major commercial properties in the South of England. Keeping projects of this size on time and within budget proved to be a good grounding in both people and negotiation skills.
As Director of Operations, she has overall responsibility for the delivery of all of our services, overseeing our operations teams. Her experience as Director of International Accounts within Right Management is particularly useful, given the wide range of accounts and contracts she was responsible for across EMEA; it was in this role that she developed her expertise in quality management which resulted in the development of our ISO 9001:2008-accredited Business Management System.
