    With a theme of Working Together, much of the focus is on children and the problems of bullying at school.  Sadly, we know that bullying lives beyond childhood and is found at work too.  CIPD research shows that 10% of employees say they have been bullied or harassed at work; in some parts of the public sector that figure doubles.
